back down to 170 but I think scale is wacky, we'll see, I need to start exercising again more regular, but been cleaning house and that kind of took it out of me. I still have more to do.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
