I feel way better than I ever thought I would lately... I started eating better and less and exercising daily on the 15th and am already up to twice a day now. I am also taking protein shakes now after each workout and with a tip from a friend about adding instant coffee to it, i even enjoy the taste! I haven't had any dr pepper or other sodas in over 9 days now. I think exercising has given me enough endorphins and stuff that its keeping away the caffeine headaches i used to get when i tried to give up soda. I am down 7lbs and just 2lbs away from my first goal of getting back to the weight I was the day I had my son. lol. Pretty soon I will no longer be able to say I weigh more than I did that day when I was 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Yay for small victories!
