I get happy when I loss weight , but I start giving into temptation and start eating foods that are high in fat like fast foods, and sweets knowing that I haven't had them in months but I tell myself it's okay you lost weight but not telling myself that if I eat this the four or 5 pounds I just lost I'm going to gain it all back and have to work extra hard all over again just to lose it again.... I have to have more discipline and strength to stay away from high in fat fast food even if it is only once or twice a month. I need to loss the wanting for the taste for it
