The start of another week, should be easier, knee is feeling better, have been at the gym and increasing intensity in workouts. I think I will be discharged from PT this week so will commit to the gym at least 5 days a week.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
