Well I guess the golden time is over LOL. Two weeks of sliding down has come to a halt, I guess my body is a bit slow and just realised how quickly it was losing weight, and is now rebelling LOL. I prefer to see the scale go down but not a lot I can do about it, still weighing and measuring everything, changed nothing. Let's just hope the losses resume soon and that it is just water or something...

You have done so well squiggs, don't get hung up on it as we all carry water from time to time!

Thanks Raven, yeah I agree about the fluctuations. I hope you are having a great day too!
I haven't felt any quakes for 3 days, doesn't mean that they won't come back though - they are still saying we have year/s of them to go yet LOL

Squiggs, your body is just having to catch up to itself now. You will probably lose inches now. You are doing a wonderful job, so don't get discouraged. Keep measuring and weighing and you will go down again. HUGS:)

Annoying as it is when the scale appears to stale, or fluctuate up, the journey is still the same. I've still not made complete peace with the fluctuations but I certainly don't let them upset me as much as I did in the beginning ... now 2 years ago!!! Keep doing what you are doing ... it will decline again.

Squiggs, it is simply fluid retention...perhaps from TOM or too much salt..who knows, fluctuations happen, Squiggs, and they will pass! You are doing sooo awesome and are almost back to where you were in November!
