A little bit of a gain but in regards to what I ate I think my body has done pretty well. The weight I did put on is muscle as well and I've not gained any fat. Bit disappointed in myself that I let myself get distracted but I can't get too upset about putting on 0.6kg of muscle!
Have gone from low carb to ultra high carb this week and I think that just took its toll.
77.9 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

Any time you go from low carb to higher carbs, you will have that gain. It will go away again. At least you have a good attitude and you have done wonderfully with your weight loss.
