Down to 230.8 which was an unexpected drop. I was really hungry yesterday, I could never seem to get satisfied. I was under a lot of work stress yesterday though. So hopefully today will be better. Only 1 pound until I am in the 220's, the last time I was in the 220's was 10 years ago and I did not stay there long. So I am eager to get to the 220's and beyond!
104.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
