Versteh ich überhaupt nicht. Habe mich bewegt , nicht genascht und auch nicht zu viel gegessen 🤷‍♀️

Alles gut, jetzt bloß nicht aufgeben 👍🤩 das ist reine Mathe - Kaloriendefizit heißt Abnahme 😉 ich hab grad auch so ne Phase, aber das wird 🤪
