This was my weight 170.0 at 6:30am after eating a Kind Bar
Went to the camp all day and weighted in again @ 172.60 at 9:30pm once we got home.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
