Just a thought for the 'main' question I keep seeing on FS threads ---- a young lady in our church is a Sports Nutritionist at Sheraton College and she maintains that, and I quote, "You cannot exercise your way out of the kitchen"! I have been seeing good results, fairly steadily, with watching my calorie 'range', and not being anal about #'s and 'can't have' foods, so much as just enjoying what I have in front of me and adjusting as I finish the day. And, yes, I exercise daily as well. The whole package taken together seems to be doing what I want. Of course, everyone's different so fine-tuning will be required! 😉
