Just finished my second round of HCG. Have lost a total of 35 pounds. I lost 20 pounds first round and 15 this round. I have just a little bit of fat around my waist to lose,(not much). I could stop here and look really great. But I just want the fat gone, so I'll do another round. I totally love this diet!

Good job. In February, my sister and our husbands will start our 3rd rounds. So far I have lost 49 pounds. I am hoping for between 15 and 20 the next time. We managed to get through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years on phase 3, 4 and maintenance. Phew.
