I have been sick so I haven't been recorded my food, I also have only been able to stomach 2 small meals a day, So I am sure I haven't gone over on calories.
70.1 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
