Keeping an eye on the caloric input, without stressing on the "EXACT" numbers each day, and maintaining the IF Plan, along with keeping my daily walkabouts on wknds up to 6 km each morning, seems to be nibbling away at the numbers. Still aiming at having the 170 mark locked in for birthday #73, on July 1st.
Onward and downward!! 😏😏
90.4 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
