What the heck...Its been 10 days, I'm in my size 5 and snuggly in some of my size 3 jeans and only a half a pound loss. This makes NO sense. I've doubled my amount of exercise since my first week starting. I'm under 500 calories per day, usually around 300 on green vegetables and not hungry at all. I'm wondering what's holding me back right now. Am I weight training too much this past week?
