Two of my wife's siblings were visiting this weekend and I veered off my plan a little bit yesterday. I did not do too much damage and I stayed within my flex points. I'm a little bummed that the Patriots lost. But at the end of the day, it has no real bearing on my life.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
