klo menjelang pms koo rasa kenyang susah bbabget ya . ada tips gk ya tmn2 yg udh sering ngelawatin diet menjelang pms dan pms gini udh beberapa kalinpas pms lg program bgini masih berasaa berat aja menjelang pms
