Thanks slow and steady wins the race right but slow and steady also makes me give up quickly! Glad I’ve found this app though everyone’s really helpful!

Ha ha it’s frustrating isn’t it but slowly slowly is the best way, I believe in changing bad habits it to good ones which last 🙃
