I’m challenging myself this time to lose a bit this weekend , I will do for 3 days a short time diet, not much healthy (not many calories) but successful, I’ll try after that to not gain weight but to lose more. This diet consists in:
Breakfast: tea and boiled egg. Lunch: 2 tomatoes/ vegetables in general.. and a boiled egg. Dinner: oatmeal. 1-2 L of water
Let’s see in 3 days results 🤔🤔💪💪
