I didn’t eat well over the weekend, birthday party, lunches, etc. Maintaining, but I need to kick it into gear so I can lose. At least I didn’t gain any.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
