The scale at the doctors weighs a little higher, but I've lost about 6 pounds. I'll use my own scale just to prevent any confusion, so far so good.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
