I felt a little discouraged, and decided to back off carnivore. I missed the variety, and felt cravings for vegetables....crazy. So real veggies plus meat today plus cheese plus salami
89.7 kg Lost so far: 43.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
