Setelah makan Nasi padang + sei sapi + korean garlic bun +terbul+ es campur+silverquin+ es cream+ jajanan pasar kiraiiiiin bakalan naik gaesss eh trnyata malah turun bb nya 🤣🤣🤣, tp agak ngeri ngeri sedep ini yg loss lemak atau otot nya 😅
