This week was a bit tougher - my daughter kept me up almost every night and the lack of sleep made it very challenging to exercise daily. I also started work at a chocolate museum where I am surrounded by delicious chocolate all day long. Still, I was pretty proud of myself. I made my best choices and when I couldn't resist temptation, I was very reasonable about what I did have. My weight loss was great (another 3 1/2 pounds) and now I'm motivated and ready to continue on with my goals of eating healthy and exercising so that I can be the healthy, happy person that I want to be.
