down to 149 lbs!! im so pleased to see the 140's again :] My plan is just to eat fruits and veggies for breakfast & lunch.. and have a low fat vegan meal for dinner. I only drink water so that part is easy.. and i'll have the occasional glass of red wine. i have a new gym buddy and now i feel obligated to go- so thats good. we're going everyday at 11:00. i had a good workout yesterday and it made me feel great so im motivated to do the same today. i've lost 9 pounds in all this year so far..and im not stopping until i'm down to my goal weight.
