still being active, walked 11 hilly miles before breakfast Sunday, 3 miles after dinner, 3 miles after dinner last night - I need to work in some more lunch hour walks
64.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
