I try to work out 4-5 times per week, kettlebells and weights and body weight exercises. If I miss a few days I lose weight.
If I get in 3 in a row I gain weight......sigh.
I love the workouts and feel better and look better but man it’s frustrating lol
106.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
