I swear it I eat any type of carby food I gain. Went to a party last night...had two small pieces of pizza and a coupla cake pops....bam gained weight! Guess I just need to plan better n bring my own goodies. Maybe some of the new atkins candies? So delish...they taste just like m & m's!

That's going to happen when you are on Atkins. That's the bad part about doing low carb. Protein pushes water out of our cells and carbs take water back in. If you do go off, just get back on the next day and it will go back down.
