The weight is going down nicely as I am trying to stick between 1600 and 1800 cals per day - some days it is easier than others but I am also spinning 5 days a week and TRXing twice a week. Going on holiday in 12 days and would like to be at 168lb (12 stones)by then.....I can but keep trying. Healthwise I am feeling good and everything seems better - my nails are growing quickly and strong, my skin seems clearer and I am getting better sleep. However I still feel like I am on the edge of getting a headache all of the time but not quite getting there.
