Starting over once again... been a stressful few days... eating the wrong things at the wrong times 😕 all the time... had my first home exercise session... atleast I'm not giving up!
101 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 31 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
