Congrats man... 3 from the last weigh in. I don't think I am going to knock off that many tomorrow. But I am going to start shooting for some 2lb weeks here. I agree with you on FS...I really like the community and the tools. It is making me go more slowly and I really believe this is a more permanent loss.

Thanks, Jim. I agree, though .. I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to my 'head in the sand' way of eating, after having 'seen the light' here on FS. :-)
