Oh Happy Days, oh happy days. . . I FINALLY dropped below the 140's, I hope I never see that number again!! Now, I need to focus on the next 10 pounds and break out of the 130's. I like to focus on 5 pounds at a time. That's the equivalent of a 5 lb. bag of sugar. That's a lot of excess baggage!
63.1 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah I walked almost an hour when I got home, and aerobic's class at lunch was the hardest one I've ever done. I'm shot.
