Somebody on the beachbody forums was talking about a killer core workout: Ab Ripper X followed by Insane Abs followed by another round of Ab Ripper X. I gave it a try two days ago and my abs still hurt.
76.3 kg Lost so far: 9.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
