Finally recovered from all the Christmas debauchery. In week two already of some serious Crossfit workouts. The first week I didn't really worry about what I ate and focused on getting back into the swing of things of getting up early and hitting the basement to workout. It is so nice because I have a workout buddy! This is something new, my friend comes over every morning after all the kids get on the bus and we do it together. Totally awesome!!

After one week of working out I feel good again and made my menu for the week and am back on the Paleo. Feels good.

Had to turn down a trip to go to New York because I get so frustrated with every time I go away or vacation, it seems like I always gain back the five pounds I just lost no matter what I do. It is soooo frustrating!!
70.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
