I did not go hard core this past week like I had planned to. Weather and husband sabotaged my efforts, lol. Winter is a horrible time to diet!
71.8 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
