Yesterday dinner: 10 McDonald’s chicken McNuggets. 31 g fat, 24 g carbs, near zero sugar. So apparently that amount of carbs didn’t ruin my day, I lost about 0.4 lb. I also had half of a medium order of fries. 😁
65.7 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
