Anything in the downwards direction is good!! Going to get new smaller dinner plates (to try to copy Jonty!)
I hardly did any walking this week because of ice and snow and freezing fog - I have osteoporosis, so just can’t risk another fall.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
