Small victories are everywhere if you just know where to look! Had a great day yesterday! Was home all day reading...often a major munchie attack for me, but I did great! I was so proud of myself that I packed a small bag of special K as a movie snack...No fat ladden butter popcorn for me! Normally my "good behavior" would result in permission to cheat. Instead I feel empowered by a great day...and another pound lost!
