I made it to my goal of 172 lbs but once i got there i saw i still had some stubborn belly fat so I made my new goal 170 lbs. I weigh 170 lbs now but i still have a little fat covering my last row of abs, especially my bottom right side. I guess im going to have to dig a little deeper. Ive gone this far, why quit now right?. I haven't been 170 lbs since high school lol It looks like i need to be around 8 or 7 percent bodyfat to get to where i want to be so thats what im going to have to do. This fitness journey has taught me if you really want something your going to have to earn it. At this point I wouldnt want it any other way 💪
