well I screwed up again! feasted for my birthday last two days, alone with kids Sunday and we ate cookies, pop corn, finished a whole bag of tortilla chips in 3 days, cake, so many carbs and salt. feel bloated and gross reset now! weighed 167 this date last year
79.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
