After numerous failed attempts over last 2 years - am back again with another attempt with a goal to reduce to 82 kgs by May 21’! Am laughing too ...

Well, have started and am down 3.2 kgs from 99.1 to 95.9 kgs in 3 weeks - slow and steady 🐢
95.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, yes hoping to. Have got my wifey to join me this time - this has resulted in both of us discussing right things these days 😂 and she helping with some low carb high Protien diet
