Well all is going well at the moment - spinning 3 times a week and trx 2 times a week. Trying to stick to 1600-1700 cals per day but don't beat myself up if I go over as the exercise is helping combat this. Going away tomoz for 5 days to Majorca for a short break and feeling a bit nervous as I intend to keep my eating and drinking under control but if previous holidays are anything to go by the good intention will go out of the window at the airport. I will try and make sensible choices with food and not over eat but I think all bets are off when it comes to cocktails. I have to adopt the attitude that the reason I go on diets is to bring my weight down in the long term but still be able to enjoy life. So I have already booked my spinning for when I come back and will not worry about enjoying myself when away.
