The first week of "trying again" has come to a close and I feel great! Each time I try this "weightloss thing" I feel like I get a little better at it. I decided this time around I am going to not jump in half cocked...I have always loved that phrase! In the past I tend to over do it. I fixate...honestly I think it is just a personality trait. If I can't fixate on the joys of eating I will fixate on the joys of NOT eating....whatever.
So week 1. Watched what I ate and tried to increase my water. I am not adding exercise yet, although I know I should. But perhaps if I try to change my food first, the exercise will be easier instead of doing everything at once....maybe.
Well week 1 an I am down from 251.8 to 247.4...a little over 4 lbs. I now most of it is water weight...but hey....that water adds bulk too!
