02-01-2021 updates
I wanted to lose more for the 07-01-2021, but since I’m actually 55 kg, it’s not healthy lose so much height for this date. This week I fasted but I didn’t train and I ate and drink what I quit before, at least I didn’t gain weight. Tomorrow I’ll start to diet and train, to finally return in healthy habits, I’ll quit again everything that’s unhealthy and that makes gain weight I’d like to lose 5kg per month. 💪let’s start!💪
