This was my first full week using fatsecret...and I'm just loving it!

Unfortunately, I didn't stick to the plans that I initially had, but I'm proud of myself for not giving up...and for being honest and logging everything in my diet calendar (both the good and the bad).

PS
I'm also having a little friendly competition with a friend of mine who is also trying to lose weight, which I've never done before.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
