Today is my first day actively on weight watchers. I keep thinking I am hungry but I am out of points. I can eat some more fruit and drink water until I go to bed. I need to also keep track of my blood glucose. It is 155 and I need to take my medication. I am pretty satisfied with that. Now, controlling myself not to eat extra stuff. I will do this..I want to loose this weight so I can be more active in my life and do more things. One goal I want to do is river rafting! Once I meet my goal of 191 I will go river rafting! =) Plus I want to loose so I can look nice when we go on a trip for our 25th. Once I hit 175 I want to go on a cruise! I think that will be a great reward for myself! =) Look out world, here I come! I can do this, the calculating is easy. Just I have to stick with this! My brother can loose weight, so can I. =)
