I just can't gain anything. it's so depressing.

Try checking out a YouTube channel called "Athlean X". He has tons of videos about weightlifting and nutrition in Playlist. "athlean x weight gain". It might be useful. I'm in the opposite boat. been trying to lose weight while weightlifting but my weight stays the same despite careful tracking and coming in under the RDI. I think the whey protein is causing me to bloat so I'm quitting that for a few days haha
