up and exercising first thing today, always good to get in a good sweat to clear the mind and free up the rest of the day. Gotta put the work in to c results after going off the rails a bit yesterday with the PM meals. Sometimes it's just hard to put it all together to c progress, but that's life I guess. Time, patience, will power, consistency, and the motivation gleaned from the community of like minded individuals and their stories sure helps to propel me thru each days challenges.
113.5 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
