Starting the month off at 176. New goal for October is to be at 170 by the 31st. Missed last months goal by 1 lb. Now I'll have to catch up. Will be watching my empty calorie consumption (sweets & wheat) a little closer this month.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
