Kakak-kakak mohon tipsnya, udah 2 minggu stuck nii di angka segini. emang udah ngga clean eating, makan apa aja yg ada di rumah tapi tetep itung2 kalori.. makan juga di angka 1000-1200 kal per hari, tetep workout juga.. tapi kok ngga ngaruh.. kira2 gimana ya Kak?
