Since I last took my measurements on December 14th, I've lost .5 inches from each arm, 2.25 from my chest, 1 inch from my hips, 2 from my waist and about half an inch from my thighs.

GO ME!!! My weight might not be going anywhere right now but here's the proof that I'm toning up!
86.0 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
